Setup
The integration requires an admin role in Zendesk
- Navigate to the Integrations page.
- Locate the Zendesk integration and tap Connect.
- Enter your Zendesk subdomain (i.e acme.zendesk.com) and tap Connect.
- Follow the Zendesk authentication screen and authorize the permissions.
- Once connected, you will be prompted to choose the date from which you want to bring in the tickets and other settings.
