Find feature requests in your Fathom calls and connect them to your backlog
Prerequisites
- A Starter, Business or Enterprise account with Zapier integration enabled.
- A paid Zapier account with Multi-step Zaps enabled.
Setup
- Navigate to the Integrations page.
- Locate the Fathom integration and tap “Setup Zap”.
- You will be redirected to the Zapier website to setup the Zap and connect your Cardinal account using an API Key
Due to the nature of the integration, Cardinal will begin to bring in new calls from the moment the integration is connected. It will not bring in historical calls.
Features
- Cardinal continuously looks for new recorded conversations and brings them as feedback items.
- Cardinal’s AI analyses the calls, creates a short summary, identifies all of the feature requests in the call, and creates suggestions to link to existing ones in the backlog or create new ones.
