Cardinal integrates with your call note taker to find feature requests in your customer calls. It uses AI to analyze your calls and identify the most common feature requests. This helps you understand what your customers are asking for and prioritize your product roadmap.
How it works
Once you connect your call note taker, Cardinal will start to continously bring in the calls to the Feedback Center and analyze them. It will then identify all the feature requests and show them as suggestions all across the app.
