Setup

  1. Sign in to your Cardinal account and navigate to the Integrations page.
  2. Locate the HubSpot integration and tap Connect.
  3. Follow the HubSpot authentication screen and accept the permissions.
Cardinal will start bringing in all the companies, deals, and contacts as soon as the integration is connected and keep the information updated on recurring basis.

Features

  • HubSpot companies can be used all over Cardinal when you add a feature request or feedback.
  • HubSpot companies can be filtered, and queried on the Companies page.
  • A new Cardinal panel will appear in HubSpot includes a list of requests feature for the respective companies and deals (can usually be found at the bottom right of the screen) Hubspot Cardinal Sidepanel:

Create feedback from HubSpot

  • Navigate to a company, deal, or contact in HubSpot
  • Tap the Cardinal panel
  • Tap Create Feedback
  • Fill in the feedback details and tap Add
  • The feedback will be created in Cardinal and linked to the contact and company in HubSpot

Removal

  • Navigate to the Integrations page.
  • Locate the HubSpot integration and tap Disconnect
