# Grain

> Find feature requests in your Grain calls and connect them to your backlog

### Prerequisites

* A Starter, Business or Enterprise account with Zapier integration enabled.
* A paid Zapier account with Multi-step Zaps enabled.

## Setup

1. Navigate to the [Integrations page](https://go.cardinalapp.io/organization/settings/integrations).
2. Locate the **Grain** integration and tap "Setup Zap".
3. You will be redirected to the Zapier website to setup the Zap and connect your Cardinal account using an API Key

<Note>Due to the nature of the integration, Cardinal will begin to bring in new calls from the moment the integration is connected. It will not bring in historical calls.</Note>

## Features

* Cardinal continuously looks for new recorded conversations and brings them as feedback items.
* Cardinal’s AI analyses the calls, creates a short summary, identifies all of the feature requests in the call, and creates suggestions to link to existing ones in the backlog or create new ones.
