# Gong

> Find feature requests in your Gong calls and connect them to your backlog

## Setup

1. Navigate to the [Integrations page](https://go.cardinalapp.io/organization/settings/integrations).
2. Locate the *Gong* integration and tap Connect.
3. Follow the *Gong* authentication screen and accept the permissions.
4. Once connected, Cardinal will start bringing the calls from the last month from *Gong* and keep it updated on recurring basis.

## Removal

* Navigate to the [Integrations page](https://go.cardinalapp.io/organization/settings/integrations).
* Locate the *Gong* integration and tap *Disconnect*

<Note>Disconnecting the integration will stop bringing in new data from *Gong*, but won't remove the existing feedback items in Cardinal</Note>
